helpful staff suite upgrade central location turndown service
The staff were friendly and helpful . i received an upgrade to a junior suite. It was fine. turndown service included water and chocolates each evening. the central location made exploring easy. Everything was accessible.
The hotel felt slightly overpriced. For the price paid, i expected perfection, though it fell just short of this.

The rooftop pool provided a perfect respite from the heat. call buttons ensured prompt bar service in literally a minute. the hotel blended arabic architecture with a spanish vibe. Classical music enhanced the ambiance.

Breakfast featured great servers. The overall experience was nice! there was no buffet offered. a waiter brought items from a fixed list. the restaurant looked great. I just didn't eat there.

The staff was helpful and professional, always available. i found the room design awesome and luxurious. turn-down service included water and chocolates each night. A charming touch! the hotel's proximity to attractions was convenient.
The limited number of sunbeds near the small pool was slightly disappointing. I hope they add more soon.

The room included an ample seating area with comfortable chairs! The bathroom had two separate sinks, convenient. The restaurant provided a diverse menu with local specialties. I also found the central courtyard to be a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
The in-room coffee machine was a little difficult to operate! though the staff were quick to assist.

hammering sounds room cleanliness
the room decoration seemed refined and the location was acceptable.
The noise was a problem. i felt unwelcome at the bar. The evening staff seemed unfriendly and abrupt, so i didn't feel like a valued guest. room cleanliness could have been better.

the hotel blends historic andalusian elegance with sleek modern design. the location is unbeatable it is tucked in a quiet street near calle sierpes and tetúan. i found the staff warm and helpful. every person i met were very good.
